MORE: Folks on the Prison Planet forum found the images this was photoshopped from.

UPDATE: John Kerry was not a Congressman in 1982, he was a Masschusetts District Attorney. He was never elected to the U.S. House, and was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 1984.
