UPDATE from Ranch Rescue:

Casey Nethercott, the owner of the Arizona ranch where Operation Thunderbird is ongoing, was thrown into jail on Monday 1 March 2004 on the authority of the Governor's signature alone. His civil rights have been stripped, and he is being held without bond

UPDATE: Genesis reported today that Nethercot turned himself in to the State of Arizona today after the Governor threatened to call in the National Guard to bring him in on what Alex Jones characterized as a "bogus charge in Texas."

Casey Nethercot has been told by the prosecutor that he will be arrested by order of the Governor under the Patriot Act with no charges at 2:00 PM mountain today.

Casey is a member of Ranch Rescue in Tombstone, AZ. His group helps protect ranchers and their land from the Illegal aliens, and the Mexican Military.

Call Governor of Arizona-Janet Napolitano!

Call her office, and let them know that you are against her charging, and arresting Casey under the Patriot Act! They are arresting him, without any charges!
