Evidence of Gosch-to-Gannon surgery?

I found the below on a strange little website. This is a still of Gannon at the infamous press conference. The picture has been solarized to reveal anomalies in the structure of Gannon's face. As the person who did this solarizing said, "TOP IMPLANT SHOWS CLEARLY. and at EAR.. and above EYE."

The webmaster in questoin seems to be on the alert for "reptilian" implants. I wouldn't know what differentiates a reptilian implant from, say, a plastic implant, but I do think the anomalies he points out are interesting.

Rusty Nelson has said more than once in recent interviews that he met with Johnny Gosch a few years back in Portland and Gosch said "Wouldn't it be funny if" he could penetrate the White House press corps and by his very presence there bring to light the Franklin cover-up...
