"Alex" on 911TruthAction Yahoo Group May 4, 2005:I just found out that Scientific American is writing a hit piece on 9-11. Have no idea when its coming out. I learned about this because a friend, who I'm trying to convince about 9-11, corresponded with the author of the article, Michael Shermer, who is the head of something called "the Skeptics Society".
[...]
Shermer just wrote me. He thinks the Scientific American 9-11 issue will be out next month. Here's his message:
"Alex:
I wrote one of my Scientific American columns on 9/11 conspiracy theories, which I think will be out next month. I don't pretend to be an expert on the whole subject, but as I see it the preponderance of evidence points to Osama and company.
I found the March issue of Popular Mechanics to be especially good in presenting the best conspiracy theories and knocking them down one by one, using factual evidence only to do so. You should check that out. It is on-line at their web page." .....---
