FEMA bars rescue volunteers from New Orleans

Live interview on Fox News Channel at 9:43 am -- volunteer rescue worker indicated that FEMA has barred hundreds of rescue volunteers with boats from going into the city.

Pretxt for this is a purported incident of gunfire.

It was weak all the experts knew it would happen if an f5 hit. Well this storm was like and f5+ top speeds at 160 so you tell me did the government use some sort of scalar weapon?

the hurricane hit land at cat 4 and hit new orleans at cat 3., which the leees are built for. and it didn't break until several hours after the hurricane was passed
