(Total411.info) Nov. 15 2005 -- Washington sources tell this website that Congresisonal Republicans may cave in to Big Pharma's demands to include a waiver of legal liability for vaccine manufacturers in the Conference Committees deliberations on competing Health & Human Services (HHS) appropriations bills.

Since conferenced bills are final and not amendable, if the effort is successful, the only way to kill the provision would be to kill the entire Labor/HHS/Education bills, a rare occurence.
