Now comes Eustace Mullins, an eighty three year old World War II veteran with five years military service to our beloved nation, The Plaintiff as a citizen in party representing himself, having complete knowledge of the facts to seek recovery from the defendant for monies taken from him, after being terrorized at gun point, under threat of life imprisonment; by false pretenses on a charge of having no driving license, of which renewal was refused by defendant on false pretenses. This drivers license he is entitled to, having been a resident of Virginia and having operated vehicles in the state of Virginia without incident for seventy two years. His existence, health and well-being are dependant on operating his vehicle for the purpose of obtaining food, medicine and medical attention. And the court orders, ordering Plaintiff not to operate his vehicle for the purpose of obtaining food, medicine and medical care until such a time as plaintiff ceases to breathe, said tactics against Plaintiff being inspired by the Federal Reserve's Revenge Committee, a proven terrorist organization seeking revenge for Plaintiff's expose of Federal Reserve System Conspiracy, a privately owned bank, to steal the money and credit of all residents of The United States of America, for the purpose of financing world communism and terrorism. Eustace Mullins authored this expose under the guidance of poet Ezra Pound, a political prisoner of this nation, to expose this conspiracy against all our beloved citizens.

As a proud and loyal citizen of The Soviet Commonwealth of Virginia, Plaintiff Eustace Mullins represents all citizens of Virginia in his demand for justice and pays proper homage to Virginia's Hero and Favorite Son, President Woodrow Wilson.

The World Communist and Terrorist Conspiracy was denounced by President Ronald Reagan as "The Evil Empire" headquartered in Moscow when he well knew it was actually headquartered in Washington, D.C. Today, it is "The Trilateral Empire" stretching from Moscow, to Tel Aviv, to Richmond, Virginia as the USSR, The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, operating from Richmond, Virginia. The Commonwealth of Virginia, itself never intended to be a state, but is actually "The Virginia-Israel Company," which began as a company of adventurers, seeking a new route to India.

The World Architect of Communism, President Woodrow Wilson, son of a Presbyterian Minister was born in Staunton, Virginia on December 28, 1856. As a college professor, Wilson became "The Darling of Wall Street Pirates," such pirates being John D. Rockefeller and James Stillman of The National City Bank which trades now as Citibank. Stillman married off his two daughters to Rockefeller's brothers. These bankers hired Wilson to sign the "Federal Reserve Act" into law in 1913 after Rockefeller put up the money for Wilson's election to Presidency in 1912. In 1914, The Federal Reserve System, which is private and not federal and actually has no reserves, and is a criminal conspiracy rather than a system, financed World War I. For this feat, President Woodrow Wilson, "The True Father of Soviet Communism and World Terrorism" won the "Title" of "The World's Greatest Peacemaker."

In 1917, Rockefeller used his world war profits to finance the "Bolshevik Revolution" in Russia, not truly a revolution, but an invasion by the British Empire, deposing the Czar of Russia, the richest man in the world at that time, murdering his family and seizing his gold which was shipped to Kuhn Loeb, New York. Rockefeller also embezzled $100,000,000 which the Czar had deposited in the National City Bank. He used the Czar's money to buy the initial stock of "The Federal Reserve Banks." To prevent the Romanovs from ever claiming their Federal Reserve stock, Rockefeller had them all murdered. In 1917, the Bolsheviks quickly squandered all their funds. They notified Washington that they were broke and on the verge of collapse. "The Hero Woodrow Wilson" reacted promptly. He had been given a $100,000,000 emergency war fund by Congress to defend the United states in World War I. Wilson embezzled this $100,000,000.00 war fund and sent it to cronies in Moscow via his courier, Secretary of State Elihu Root saving the Bolsheviks from collapse. From 1917 to 1989, the Communists murdered 1,000,000 Russian Christians a year. No one has ever been charged with these crimes, because the real culprit was "Mr. President, the Peacemaker" who by this act set up the world for World War II and the ensuing Cold War. Truly Mr. Wilson was "The Man of the 20th Century" and "The Architect of the Holocaust" and "Our Commonwealth's Favorite Son !"

The World Communist Movement has drafted plans for an enormous monument on The Mall of Washington, D. C., to pay homage and honor to President Woodrow Wilson as The Architect and Father of The One World Communist Empire.

To properly proclaim his loyalty to Virginia and our Beloved Nation, Eustace Mullins reserves the right to publicize this document, and, at his discretion, any future documents he may author, pertaining to this issue.

WHEREFORE

The Plaintiff, Eustace Mullins, respectfully moves The Court to award him Nine Hundred Million Dollars ($900,000,000.00) for the damages he has suffered and such other and further relief as The Court shall deem just and proper.
