It is the global government’s social requirements and mandates for global behavior and citizenship, and you need to know how it works in tandem with public education, international trade and economics, and governance by multi-national corporations with armies. You need to understand that the World Bank, the World Trade Organization, and the United Nations IS the one-world government. YOU are its Communitarian citizens.
