The Operations Center, with 550 volunteers on Christmas Eve, answer nearly 55,000 phone calls and 98,240 e-mails from children around the world.
The Web site features a history of the program, information on how NORAD tracks Santa, and interactive games.
At 2 a.m. MST Dec. 24, the Web site will start featuring minute-by-minute updates on Santa's travels around the world.
