Iraq 'surge' cover for Iran invasion?
From Webster Tarpley: "A reliable observer in Paris communicates the following from a source near the French General Staff:
French national technical means show that, while the British troops are departing from the Iranian border area of southern Iraq, they are being replaced there by US troops. The surge is much larger than what has been discussed by Secretary Gates, with the re-enforcements which have already arrived in Iraq amounting to almost ten times what has been officially announced. The French conclude that this evidence points to active preparation of a US land incursion into Iranian territory by crossing the Iraq-Iran border, in addition to the air and naval bombardment of Iran. ----- - Tarpley covered this story Thursday evening on Genesis World Report
